How does it work?

  • Negative Rating: If the customer provides a rating below 5 stars or Thumbs-down, they are redirected to submit their feedback privately, which is sent directly to your email.
  • Positive Rating: For customers who rate 5 stars or Thumbs-up, they are directed to Google to leave a public review.

Do I need a OneTap NFC product?

  • If you’re a new customer and do not own a OneTapNFC product, please add the products from the below list, you want your Review Management Plan to cover.
  • Existing customers who have already purchased a One Tap NFC product do not need to add these—unless you’d like to purchase more.
